Chris & Kyle Massey, are both devoted to using their placement in the entertainment industry to be a voice for those in need. Their list of charitable volunteerism has been extensive. They launched the Listen Carefully campaign through the Starkey Hearing Foundation to educate elementary school children about the importance of protecting their hearing by turning down the volume on their headphones and music. With the same organization, they helped the Starkey Hearing Foundation team fit recipients around the world with over 100,000 hearing aids – many had never experienced the ability to hear before and others had not heard in many years. With the Starkey foundation, Chris & Kyle traveled to Tanzania, Mexico, Mauritius, Madagascar, Las Vegas, Vietnam and Peru to help provide care to people in need. Additionally, they are involved with the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes. This center is one of the largest diabetes research institutions in the world and provides state-of-the-art care to children and adults with type 1 diabetes. They also support the Celebrity Fight Night Foundation which raises funding to find a cure for Parkinson’s disease and local charities. They help First Star, for youth education through the facilitation of instruction in astronomy and related sciences, the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center at the Barrow Neurological Institute, the Nancy Davis Foundation for Multiple Sclerosis which supports doctors working together to find causes and treatments of multiple sclerosis, Eddie Eagle, a program sponsored by the NRA, which teaches children in preschool through third grade four important steps to take if they find a gun. (stop, don’t touch, leave the area, tell an adult), and the Starlight Children’s Foundation – which works to improve the lives of kids and families globally. The work of this foundation features family-centered programs and services from hospital to home and serves millions of children every year.
Chris & Kyle are noted for working with the organization, Feed the Children, which has fed and cared for millions of children in American and around the world since 1979. Through this foundation, they have traveled the globe to Nairobi, Kenya and Nicaragua helping to build schools for undeveloped areas and feed the kids in the various locations hot meals. They also support Britticares International, which helps provide healthcare and support to terminally ill children and their families who need financial aide for health care. They work with 100 Black Men of America; serving adolescent black males by helping them get the education and exposure they need in life to be successful. They have been a celebrity support for at-risk/disadvantaged youth, cancer treatment, help for victims of abuse, AIDS & HIV patients, and multiple aids organizations for children In this capacity, they have traveled to Johannesburg, South Africa; multiple other African nations; Vietnam; Mexico; Central America; Winnipeg, Canada; Dublin, Ireland; Peru, the Bahamas, the Virgin Islands, and the British Virgin Islands. In June of 2013 Kyle joined other celebrities, Ray Lewis (retired Balitmore Raven), Doug Pitt (actor/activist & brother of Brad Pitt), Tommie Harris (Chicago Bears) and Celebrity Fitness trainer, Basheerad Ahmad to climb Mt Kilamanjaro for Pros for Africa to raise money and awareness for clean drinking water for families in Africa.
Chris & Kyle will bring their more than 20 years of charitable devotion to a worthwhile foundation. Their honesty, personal dynamics, and caring nature that they are so noted for, will be a boost to this projected foundation that benefits the lives of so many needy adolescent males.
Christopher & Kyle Massey have celebrated more than 20 years in the television/film industry. They have been very successful with Disney and Nickelodean Television networks, with credits including: That’s So Raven, Zoey101, Corey In the House, Disney’s Fish Hooks, Beethoven’s Christmas Adventure, Life is Ruff, Santa Paws and ABC’s Dancing With the Stars. Additionally, both Chris & Kyle were the sole creators of Bristol Palin: Life's a Trip docu-series for Lifetime Television in 2012.
